About A&AGE

Links

A&A Game Engineering was started up by Andrew Finch ("A") and Alan Butler ("the other A") in 1995. Both are long term wargamers and, having failed to find rules that provided a good game that could be played to a conclusion in the time available, set themselves the task of providing these to the wargaming world.

Andrew worked for many years in Germany for a British concern, returning to Britain in 1989 just before "the Wall" fell down, but cannot be held responsible for this. After early retirement in 2004 he has been able to devote his time to painting the 8 skips full of unpainted material amassed over ten years for use on the battlefield. So far a small inroad has been made. Most quoted saying: "I don't know how I ever had time to go to work."

Alan spent 27 years in the Defence Industry, masquerading as a Scientist blowing things up (we do not know if this is intentional).

We are both long suffering standing members of Tunbridge Wells Wargames Society who have a web site at the address shown.
