Note to users on how to navigate our site.

In the top bar you will find a PRODUCT LIST hyperlink. Use this as an index to find the product page you are looking for. Any downloads for the product can be accessed from here.

The revised
PRODUCT SUPPORT MENU
now incorporates both the old FAQ pages and the template downloads on one page. All downloads for all products can be found here.

The Site History is worth looking at because it summarises recent changes to the site. You can also navigate from the Site History to the relevant product page, and thence to the specific download for the product.

Miniatures Shop

This is the gateway into our shop where you can see what painted miniatures we are selling.

International orders

We are able to offer this service to non-UK residents as well, however there may be issues regarding the cost of postage (which will be determined on a case by case basis. For customs reasons we do need to restrict the value of an order to £250 (this reduces the amount of paperwork at this end). International customers are also advised that they should check with their local Customs Authorities in case there are any special regulations.

Update December 2009

In our recent mailing I indicated that I would be putting my Napoleonic ships onto the site to sell. In the end after the mailing I had three requests in the following couple of days, and the whole collection has been disposed of. I am very sorry for any disappointment that this may have caused.

Regards, Andrew Finch

How does this work ?

The shop is divided up into various pages on which you will find lists of miniatures which are available for you to purchase. The pages are divided up by nationality or in some cases subject. Just click on the link and you will go to the appropriate page. You will find that most of the items are wargaming units rather than individual items, though there are some such items also available, and can be found on the appropriate pages. Before you ask, the formations shown cannot be broken down. All the items on sale are based on mounting board, with suitable terrain colouring.

If you see something that is of interest, then what you should do is note down the index number by the item. The next step is to email us (using the link below), or phone us (if we are out leave a message on the answer-phone please, and don't forget your own phone number so we can get back to you). The item you are interested in will then be reserved, or you will be advised if it has been reserved by someone else. The items that are still available will be totalled up and you will be advised what the total cost is.

Postage

We can arrange for you to collect from us, or we can do a delivery if that is more convenient for you, subject to location.

If the items are sent by post, then we will send by Special Delivery, in suitable packages. The cost of postage and packing is £5.00 for small orders and £10.00 for large ones. You will be advised of the postage cost in our pre-advice.

Postage for international orders will be calculated on a case by case basis. As a matter of course we would use the Post Office Airsure facility for international orders, where available.

Send your emails to

quoting Miniatures Shop reservation enquiry as the subject.

The system operates on a first come first served basis. We will generally reserve items for 7 days, and such items will be indicated on the lists as such.

Items that have been sold will be deleted from the list immediately. You should then send us payment, cheques being payable to A&A Game Engineering. The items will be despatched when payment has been received. We can also arrange for Paypal invoicing if you prefer.
